File Layout Documentation

This section describes the file layouts used for data exchange with Paytient.

Available File Specifications

• Eligibility File - Employee eligibility data for enrollment
• Claims File - Claims data for processing
• Claims Response File - Response file sent to partners after claim processing is complete
• Payroll Setup File - Employee payroll information for payroll processing

Each file specification includes:

• File format information (CSV structure, delimiters, headers)
• Detailed field descriptions with types and validation rules
• Example data rows
